Stories Have Always Been My Escape
Long before I became a tattoo artist, I was the kid who disappeared into books, captivated by worlds filled with dragons, forgotten kingdoms, impossible magic and unforgettable characters.
Today, I combine that lifelong love of fantasy with fine art and tattooing to create highly detailed black and grey tattoos inspired by the stories that stay with us long after we’ve turned the final page.
Every piece begins with the book. I read the novels, study the descriptions, revisit pivotal scenes and translate those moments into original compositions designed specifically for the body. My goal is never simply to recreate a character, but to capture the feeling of the story itself, creating tattoos that feel as though they belong within the world they came from while remaining entirely unique to the person wearing them.
Based in Antwerp, Belgium, I welcome clients from around the world to my private studio and regularly travel internationally for selected guest spots.
My work is created for readers who want more than fan art. It’s for those who want to carry the stories that shaped them, transformed into timeless, high-end tattoos designed to last a lifetime.
“Every piece begins with the book.”
Fantasy, Crafted with Precision.
I specialise in fine-line microrealism and black and grey fantasy tattooing, creating work that balances intricate detail with elegant, timeless design.
My portfolio focuses on fantasy portraiture, legendary weapons, dragons, mythical creatures and large-scale compositions inspired by literature. Every tattoo is designed specifically for the body, ensuring it flows naturally while preserving the details that make each story unforgettable.
Rather than trying to tattoo every style, I’ve chosen to dedicate my work entirely to one niche: fantasy.
That focus allows me to continually refine every detail from expressive portraiture and anatomy to armour, dragons, swords and delicate ornamental elements, creating tattoos that feel less like illustrations and more like collectible works of art.

Detail carries the story. Every line is placed to survive decades.

@gallardo.tttMore Than Just a Tattoo Appointment.
Creating your tattoo begins long before the appointment itself.
- 01
The Conversation
Once you’ve booked, we’ll discuss your favourite book, character or concept, your ideas, placement and the feeling you want your tattoo to capture.
- 02
The Composition
From there, I’ll create an original composition designed specifically for your body, not just to look beautiful on the day it’s finished, but to age beautifully for years to come.
- 03
The Detail
Every design is carefully considered, every detail intentional.

Designed for the Body It Lives On.
Because my work relies on extremely fine details, placement plays an essential role in the longevity of the tattoo.
For most portrait tattoos, I work exclusively on the arms, where the skin allows the details to heal beautifully over time.
If a requested placement isn’t suitable for the level of detail your design deserves, I’ll always recommend an alternative rather than compromising the final result.
“Creating tattoos that age beautifully will always come before simply saying yes.”

In Their Words.
“You did my dragon tattoo a few years back in Edinburgh, it’s still absolutely perfect!”
“It was an amazing experience, I had a great time with the artist. And the quality of her tattoos is incredible.”
“I also wanted to thank you again. Aelin has been with me through so many chapters of my life. To me, she is resilience, hope and also the strength to keep going even after you’ve lost everything. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my story and understand why she means so much to me. You brought my Aelin to life, the way I’ve always imagined her.”
“I wanted to thank you again for the work you’ve done for me. From the second I first messaged you, I knew I was in good hands and that I could trust you with my vision and with a part of my story that I feel so deeply. Nesta is my reminder to keep going. She is a thank you to all of those in my life who kept reaching out their hands. She is proof that we can overcome our darkest parts. You brought that to life for me. Your design, your kindness, your absolute artistry have combined to create a piece I am so soul deep honored to wear. THANK YOU.”
“Hey! Hope you are well?! Just wanted to thank you again for your amazing work, absolutely love my 2 queens! Couldn’t hope for a better version of them both. And also for the experience, had a great time with such a safe space. As I told you, this is super important for me and I felt super safe and appreciated. Thank you again (to you both) and I will send you pictures of the healed tattoos ❤️”
“Thank you soooo much again! I still can’t really believe that Manon is really on my arm now & forever. The whole drive home I just sat in the car admiring my new tattoo and the placement of it, smiling to myself. Everyone who’s seen it so far, even just in a photo, has been just as blown away and in love with it as I am. Huuuuuuge respect for your amazing work and your lovely personality 🥹 I felt so, so comfortable in your beautiful studio!! And if another character ever manages to enchant me the way Manon did, I’m pretty sure we’ll be seeing each other again!”
Final Word
Art You Don’t Have to Leave in the Book.
Some stories change who we are.
Some characters stay with us forever.
Your tattoo should honour them with the same care, craftsmanship and attention to detail that made you fall in love with them in the first place.
If you’re ready to bring your favourite world to life, I’d love to create it with you.
